would it be possible for you to send a fuller screenshot of the email? Preferably with their email included, and potentially their links
It’s NOT hacked! Do NOT fall for it, I have received MANY over the past few YEARS! The scammer will NOT do anything. All they have done is SPOOFED your email, to make it LOOK like they’ve hacked it to seem more convincing.
Also, you can find further information online where many have reported receiving the same/similar text used in the scam, especially users - like myself - receiving more than one here and there over a long period of time with nothing bad happening after ‘opening’ and ignoring the email.
It’s just a typical scammer trying to use a “trick” to make it seem so real, to raise panic - prompting you to respond and pay. Just IGNORE it and go about your day. I do speak from experience (and not the experience in terms of falling for one and being a victim - just the fact I know all about this). Trust me, don’t react. Don’t give in.
Welcome to the community. That is surely just to scare you to give them money. @MehNamesJeff gave the best advice and information.
Doubt you were hacked. I receive those regularly, exact same wording exact same threat in multiple email addresses regularly. Nothing has ever come of anything.

Your not hacked, but seeing the email would be helpful so it can be reported.
