Basically, I called this number to scambait of course and when they picked me they told me to download AnyDesk.
I called them twice and the information I got was that the senior is named Sam and one of the employees are named Kevin, I Wiresharked the VM and found that their callcenter is operated in:
Once they found out that I used a VM they quickly hang up. I then called them up again and asked for their senior, and it was Sam that picked up. Sam didn't seem to realise that I wanted to talk with his senior, so he asked me what I could see on the screen and what the issue was when after some seconds I then managed to get the senior which then was Sam (he told me to wait a few minutes so he could get the senior) which then was himself.
Some other interesting stuff was that they also host their web admin console and reports database on their IP address.
