Also tried to say he was poor needs help 3rd oldest of 8 but also the oldest of 8. 24 years old lives in africa. Dad is Security guard for bread company he claims, but emeka godwin supports his family but dies not work. Believe Americans owe him or anyone with money owes him. Will cry that he is poor and since he is poor everyone should give him 20k.

The email is the standard delivery scam for small fee.
Its usually US government but they switch up to IMF, and foreign banks, websites that claim if you invest you get huges amounts back but you can never cash out. They have their organize bitcoin.
Just mention: Bitcoin, gift card, address, they reply back with where to sendcandcwhat to give. Each person has about 5 emails. They harass and accuse you of being the scammer andcthem the victims. Will not yake no for answer. Have many accounts on hand.
