I said I had a Chromebook, so they told me to open Chrome Remote Desktop. They kept saying that my access code is invalid even though it was actually valid. So then, he said “TAKE YOUR COMPUTER AND THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW. DON’T CALL US AGAIN AND KILL YOURSELF”.
Too bad it didn't go as I wanted it to go. I wish he was able to remotely access my VM.
