I purchased an alternator in April of this year from a company listed as bjdshjmarket.com. The order status showed as shipped from China and I didn’t receive it. I have sent an email to the address that was sent to me showing the shipping verification ([email protected]). I have not received a reply.

Sounds like you’re dealing with an unscrupulous seller but don’t think that is relevant to the purpose of this website. In any case, how did you pay for the item? If you paid by credit card as you should have, file a dispute. If the item wasn’t delivered then the credit card company will reverse the charges.
