Coming onto this forum and abusing our members and providing no information to back your claims does not look good on you. I have heard this spiel of “The westerners have plundered India, we are just taking some back” many times from scammers. This is terrible for two main reasons:
- We are generations away from the events of the plunder and scammers do not go after the rich ans powerful but go after the weak and vulnerable. The people loosing money to scams are often elderly and/or poor and just managing to get by on either their earnings or savings.
- Scam bosses feed their employees propaganda and dehumanize the victim so that they do not see the person on the other side of the phone as a human being but as someone they have to manipulate and steal from. You are doing the same thing by coming here and calling members of this community terrible things and accusing an entire people of horrendous deeds.
You claimed members of this community asked you for money but have failed to provide any proof. Your only ammo is that you were called by NeeP from different numbers; this does not mean anything since because members of this community will not use their real number when calling scammers or others as part of an investigation, we do this for our own safety.
I ask everyone to please refrain from insults, slurs and abuse. We can get more done if we take some time to listen to everyone and keep this community open, welcoming and focused on facts.
