This AI front end is pretty good but it connects to nowhere.

EDIT: OH SHIT, as soon as I went to press disconnect I hear an accented voice say “thank you for—” but it was too late. You just have to wait 30 with silence after the robofrontend. Can someone get a recording of this for posterity?

Carriers: Onvoy (806), spoofed Verizon (573)
Dialer Used: ViciDial
Call Center Location: India :india:
Answers as: “Amazon Security and Fraud Prevention team” or “Amazon Customer Suppoat”
Supervisor: “Asher Snyder”
Cancellation ID: 778929424008636202998606734
Falsely Claims:

  • Purchase of HP laptop
  • I was “shouting” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
  • My Internet connection was “very slow”
  • I was “behaving like a dog”

Remote Access Software: QuickAssist or RemotePC Host (Email: [email protected], Password: Appy1234, Personal Key: 1234)

Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-impatient deafchod transferred the call to his incredibly-deaf and invasive supervisor, “Asher Snyder,” who blanked my screen on the grounds of “updating security” before asking me to go to cancelmyorder.wuaze.com and fill out an “Amazon Cancellation Form”

  • As the website was blocked by my Internet Service Provider, “Asher” accused me of “going to the wrong page” and blanked the screen once more so he could install UltraSurf VPN and Google Chrome, view my webcam to no avail and hang up on me.
  • I was then asked to call him back on his personal Onvoy line, (850) 493-3115, before he transferred the call to his incredibly-invasive senior supervisor, who asked me to fill out a separate “cancellation and refund form” and log into my nonexistent bank account.
  • Since I don’t do online banking, he blanked my screen and asked for OTPs to my Google account before attempting to search for my fake bank and asked if I do online banking, even though I don’t do online banking.
  • I was then asked to grab my debit card as they use my computer to get a new toll-free scam number through iPlum.com with my own burner number. I refused and played the Bhenchod Song.

What’s weirder is that when I conducted a traceback into iPlum, I found they falsely claim to operate out of a USPS PO Box and was founded by Pankaj Gupta, who studied telecommunications at the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.

Great work!! Wish I knew how to find some of the info that doesn’t require a VM.

I called the number twice in the last hour, and IVR says no one is available to answer.

When I first call them after posting this, they wanted me to take $10,000 out of my bank account. I played along, then they wanted me to wait at home while an Amazon third-party picked it up. I’m not Trilogy Media, so I insisted that a middle-aged lady with all that cash is a bad idea, and I refused. Eventually, they said that I’m using a great voice changer, and insisted I was changing my voice somehow. I continued to act confused and ask what the heck are they talking about… They continued being suspicious, so I finally said “that’s it, this sounds really Unprofessional to me, I’m going to call my son instead.“ The guy then gave me more instructions, but I’m not equipped to interrogate or trap mules, only report addresses and bank accounts. The good thing is that I made him believe I was legit and that he lost a victim.
