I am unsure about this one. In this news article here (Amazon customer service scam targets your financial data - CBS News) it says that it is real Amazon support.
However, I called them to test and they asked a lot of details like billing address etc about my Amazon account, including the OTP which is definitely fishy. I don't think you should give an OTP to the real Amazon customer support. **Doesn't look legit.**
