That is strange, for just now I called for the second time the +1 (877) 676-2281 and a woman “Patricia” answered. I am using a TextNow phone number, but that should make no difference.
That’s fishy.
When was that
Just now before I posted about one minute ago. I called her out on her criminal behavior and “Patricia” cussed me out. Haha
She had a foreign accent but it was quite easy to understand her accent.
I called on Microsip and no sound, then said BUSY, called on TN and dropped no ring

I tried again just now from my TextNow number that has a (909) area code and “Alex Martin” answered.

It sometimes is possible for a scammer’s VOIP number to block a phone number like TextNow. Maybe they have blocked the numbers of you and @FIREFIGHTER619. Why did they not block my TextNow number though?
Now I’m trying to call for the 4th time from my TextNow phone number. It rang a couple of times and then it seemed that someone answered it but there were a few seconds of silence and I did not say anything, but then a guy started saying his script.
Well.
I need a way to change my number swiftly.

Whoa! Do you mean that you changed your phone number to show a (909) area code and that finally your call was answered, @FIREFIGHTER619?
Actually I do not live in California but I just chose a (909) California area code when I chose my TextNow number. I live in the great state of Misery … Oops, I mean Missouri! 
I wonder why they would answer only certain area codes from their toll free number?
They probably have optermised there Google ads for certain locations so that they can differentiate between time wasters and important calls like ours

I changed the CID to 909 then the rest was there number.
Wow. I just called +1 (909) 676-2281 from my TextNow number but it said the person I have dialed is not able to receive calls at this time.

I called again from my TextNow number the original 877 676 2281 and within TextNow it keeps popping up the BUSY form that pops with a CALL BACK choice to press and a CANCEL choice to press, and if I keep pressing CALL BACK this BUSY form just keeps popping up.
Maybe they have started using a different number.
@Hviezdoslav you can’t change CID on TN unless you get a different number. I used Microsip, changed the first three to 909 and the rest to there number. I’m sure if I mentioned that before.
