i got scammed by a buyer that i sent mail to. He claimed to live in Jacksonville Florida apartment 802 in an apartment building so I called the apartment receptionist if anyone lives in apartment 802 and she said no; I also asked if apartment 802 was always empty and she said yes. So i checked the ups tracking number status and it said delivered at Jacksonville Florida but below said “the recipient’s signature is not available because the waiver of signature that you authorized was exercised at the time of delivery” his has two phone numbers 520-999-6944 and 941-479-6801. His name is Roland Bradford and his gmail is [email protected].

After reading through the story twice, other than the address not being valid, I didn’t really catch where you were affected by this, assuming you were payed and the correct person got your package of course.
