If you go to make a purchase it will fail. Then they contact you saying they have issues with processing Credit Card and encourage you to pay via Direct Deposit (this should raise red flags). If you pay, your money is gone.
Have a look at their "Contact Us" tab https://technoforce.com.au/index.php?route=information/contact and look closely. They have photoshopped their logo onto the front of the building lol. Note the car in the bottom left corner as it appears on many realestate sites https://www.commercialrealestate.com.au/property/41-aylesbury-drive-altona-vic-3018-11791900 offering this building for lease/rent. Also note the building has since been painted (very similar colour/color to their logo they photoshopped)
