Scam Phone Numbers With some Real INfo

I want to know how they get our numbers in the first place - are they somele legitimate form of support we called without reading the fine print - do they pass the numbers around - my all that I got today was from SYmantec wanting to inform me they could no logger get one of my machines to take NIS updates - not surprising since they stopped support on my old XP months ago. They seem to know something about your system.

One good thing is they have taught me a lot and no more remote log-ins on my computer unless O know for a act I am speaking with the correct support and I have called them being careful not to be calling a 3rd party.
