Examples of what counts as evidence:

a website impersonating brand xyz
Not if a potential victim is unsure and is searching for the phone number.
I think it’s fine in this case, the title says “scam” so that’s what a victim would see in Google results

cc’d emails include - [email protected] and [email protected]. My email was oddly bcc’d and not cc’d. They email you a word doc with the screen shot.
