I got this in my personal inbox from some “Alexander Ivanov” but the email header says it’s from a “Louisa”. If replied to, it attempts to send to [email protected]. The contents are as follows:

I've been getting a couple of these from time to time. For those that specialize in email scams, have fun with this one as I have no idea where it will lead.
