Scammer’s Website or Email: Brightline, Inc. Cyberscout.
Additional information about this scam: Sending letters to people in the mail (not online). Asking for all personal information including social security number and wants your card for a “credit check” . Typical Foreign accent you hear on YouTube videos. I played along for a bit and this is definitely a scam.
Said he was CyberScout. I asked what they did. He said they were under TransUnion and that he found my account with my fake phone number and name and that there had been a data breech. Big lie. If their had been, Identity Guard and Lookout would have notified all customers. He got offended that I called him a scammer

I called (833) 570-2987 just now for the first time. I’m on hold. Amelia is on call now though she had to spell her name for me since she did not enunciate understandably when she tried to pronounce it a couple of times. She said she is with Cyber Scout.
Terrible ratings on the BBB website. One said Chicago and one said Maryland. I asked who the governor of Maryland was and of course he could not tell. me. The actual company is supposed to be located in Arizona. Talked to another one who had no idea what the Better Business Bureau even is. He admitted he was in South Africa.
(833) 570-2987 … Well, my call ended with “Amelia” though I had wanted to drag it out longer.
I had trouble understanding her and I became impatient; and I let loose on her with a most uncouth tirade. 
Sometimes it is such an arduous task for me to play along with these criminals even when I want to play along with 'em. 
The next guy admitted that they were in South Africa and that they are scammers in a call center.
