Hello, I am new to Scam Baiting and before I start I wanna know if scam baiting is legal or not. I was reading and I saw that scam baiting is illegal. But I see plenty of people scam baiting and I see YouTubers like pierogi doing Scam Baiting. Is it Legal or Illegal. I am asking because me and my 6 friends wanna scam bait, but we don’t wanna get in trouble with the law.

ScamBaiting is 100% Legal, just if you decide to RAT or get access to a scammer computer without permission, thats Illegal but no one will do anything to you (I mean the scammer will not go to the police just to get arrested himself)

about pierogi I dont know if what he is doing is legal, I think he got contact with the authorities and have permission to do what he’s doing

Thank You! Me and my friends just wanna play around with them waste their time because all of our grandparents have gotten scammed before. We all wanna make an impact even if it’s not big. Thanks for the help!

If you think any other way you would not be up for the position as baiter,
The clowns who are trying to trap or con you have the total CONCERN of legality and then not being caught doing what the clusterfuckers do to consumers… Meaning scam baiter have zero percent to worry scamming the scammers.
