Salem Media, Trump-supporting fake news and Ponzi schemes

Since June 28, 2025, I have been receiving fraudulent emails from Eagle Products, LLC, which business as “Eagle Financial Publications” from 1735 N. Lynn St., Suite 500, Arlington, Virginia, 22209-2016. This, however, is actually a holding company by the Salem Media Group, a Christian and conservative media company whose corporate offices are located at 4880 Santa Rosa Rd,
Camarillo, California, 93012.

Not only do these emails violate the CAN-SPAM Act given I can only unsubscribe to one “e-letter” at a time, I have also looked at the contents of these emails and found almost all of them to be peddling some sorta Ponzi scheme under different names, including:

Regardless of the “program” presented, users will be asked to make an annual subscription at the following rates:

GOLD: $49.95/year
PLATINUM: $77/year (listed as originally $249)
DIAMOND ELITE: $149/year

I have also received an email from Jim Woods (pictured above) urging me to fill out a “stock investment form” for an innocent third-party that won’t be mentioned by name on the forum.

User complaints on the Google and Better Business Bureau listings for “Eagle Financial Publications” indicates patterns of fraudulent activity, such as:

Endlessly sending unsolicited emails to individuals who requested they be unsubscribed.

Charging $29/year for a “lifetime” subscription and refusing to offer refunds.
