Interestingly, searching up the main 877 # showed nothing - except Microsoft telling me how to protect myself against tech support scams!

I pressed 3 to speak to a “Case Manager” - Asked for an extension it’s 4 digits as far as I know, don’t know any extensions obviously NUMBER IS VERY QUICK TO BLOCK FOR ANY REASON, SUCH AS HANGING UP ON THE MENU BOT ITSELF etc
