He would not give me a name or what I had won. He could not spell my name. He wanted me to take a photo of my ID and SSN to verify my identity. I told him I had a flip phone only and he did not know what a flip phone is. He said someone would call me back. I doubt it. He was extremely rude, as usual. Why would anybody send a photo of their ID and SSN to a weird voice on the phone?
