They're real persistent. The caller ID shows them as Comcast-I don't have Comcast. At first, yesterday I was going along with it, but today I was a bit more stern on not wanting their services. They'll ask you to download something to connect to your computer. They also seemed to disconnect a bunch and blame it on your router. Be safe!
