I’ve told so many of these guys that “this side” instantly identifies them as someone who learned English in India and is very likely a scammer because Indian scammers are literally the only people on planet Earth that answer the phone this way.
The idea is to introduce off or odd ways to say things. You want the scammer saying the stupidest things possible to other people in an effort to sound American or whichever. It is like training a stupid dog.
