These ad’s are made for Romanian victims that run on Facebook and cant be taken down, the origins of these scams ads is Moldova which is the second largest country with Romanian speaking population. The scam model is simple, they make fake investment ad’s that redirect to their website, the victims fill the form with their phone numbers then they get calls from IP phone numbers. The operators are located in call centers in Moldova, many of them are protected by politicians, police, and prosecutors. In the images posted you can see the websites that they lead to as well as the ad designs, they often represent
politicians and popular Romanian companies.
