Ok so basically this guy that is a romance scammer. Sent me a friend request on Facebook and I add anyone on Facebook. Though I already could tell he had to do with the romance scam business, I decided to reverse image search his Facebook image and I found the original. The image must have been used multiple times by scammers cause a scam expose site had exposed that the picture had been used by scammers.
