Sent them through hell for an entire day yesterday. Maggie is the woman. She is nice and doesn’t care if you make vulgar jokes or anything like that. She just sticks to the script asking for the 4 digit code. BE AWARE: 1. Not just any 4 digit code will not work, as they use the actual Roku website to activate you, they just charge a fee. 2. They have a second number that they use to do follow up scams on you: (866)702-9777. 3. The Ultra Premium package apparently has “lifetime” free subscriptions to everything, including basically the entire cable channel lineup (I’m sure they include those TV provider channels nobody uses too). They spend close to 10 minutes explaining why you should get this. I ask for their “Standard” package, and they spend another 20 minutes explaining to me why I should buy the ultra premium bullshit. I faked my name, purposely using the popular character Wilbur Rodgers from Mr. Ed (That show the goat), and said “Wilbur Rodgers as in Wilbur Rodgers is gonna fuck your ass with my horse’s dick because I’m being scammed by a worthless motherfucker”. He called back and gave the generic “I’m gonna fuck your wife and daughter, your mom’s a whore“ thing. So I called him back like 4 times and taunted his ass. They haven’t blocked me on either of their numbers. Also, and I’m sure many people know what I mean by this, you can TEXT the 866 number. And there are dead giveaways it’s a scam. Had a lot of fun with these people. Go give em a hard time.
