These scammers have a website: https://rokuerrorhelp.com with a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate, which means that they have some form of paid hosting. Their SSL certificate is for another website: https://kindlehelpguides.com which means that these scammers most likely have ties to some form of Kindle scam as well.
Yesterday, when I kept calling them from multiple different numbers, they eventually stopped picking up calls. But, their number is still working this morning; I tried earlier and the number let me go through.
They are extremely desperate to get people to stop calling because I got transferred to the lead scammer yesterday and he fussed at me and said that their website is for "Google AdSense"; not Roku Support, and preceded to tell me that I had no life and to stop calling. After I talked to him, I would connect to their phone-line and instead of getting connected after 1-5 minutes of hold music, I'd wait on hold for 15-30 minutes before somebody would pick up, hear my voice, and mute their microphone until either a) I hung up or b) they decided they were tired of hearing me on speaker.
I'm sure my voice was being blasted through the entire call center yesterday; as I reckon they had me on speaker.
