I looked into the html and found this code for the submit button:

That's the link on the button so it seems like the site is always going to go to https://entercomlink.com/mount/error no matter the details you put in.

Also, there is a typo on the /mount page which is a big sign of a scam website on top of the site displaying 2 different error codes for the same problem(Network error004 and Network error003).

Conclusion: definitely a scam website
