Reminder that this is part of a bigger operation, the website is currently hosted off of Wordpress 5.4.5 and they also have a parent site hidden within the Customer support application called https://ithelpcare.net/

Looking at the lack of updates for this site, the fact that its been up for about 3 years now and the amount of open ports on this domain signifies a couple of things.

  • 1. They suck ass at being a webmaster

  • 2. This was meant to be a quick credential grab-and-go situation, possibly storing victims credentials on something like a txt file for quick exportation
  • 3. This site might have been something else prior, running under the radar to build credibility with search engines crawling it prior to converting it into what it is now.
    4.In regards to the quick exportation of credentials, the ports 110, 995, 993, 143 and 25 strongly enforces this theory as the scammer can just email the stolen credentials to another domain and repeat the process every time a domain needs to be taken down, my theory is that the PHPLive domain (ithelpcare.net) is the middle man since its been undisclosed and under-the-radar within the customizable PHP chatbox.

    I found 2 nearly identical channels with different phone numbers. I have not checked the phone numbers for activity. These channels were created more recently but are clearly lower effort. Report these ones as well.
