A guy that I talked to introduced himself as “Richard” and he told me that he’s working for a company called “medway” which is as he said “roku technical support service provider”. Of course he asked for my full details, including my credit card numbers and said “if you will be facing any further problems with your roku device, please call me on +1 820 300 0580 and ask for Richard, my extension number is 546”
Also, I have noticed that they're communicating via skype. I've heard skype calling sounds while they were directing my call to another "department"..

@E_Pluribus_Unum#172784 yeah i bought a cheapo flip phone for 20$ from target, its a tracfone, which i just have to add minutes to. as a 14 year old kid, i dont really have a budget for anything too fancy to scambait with.
i have something like this, except it was 20$ and on clearance thru tracfone at my local target
