These are “loan forgiveness” “Student debt forgiveness” “Tax debt discharged” etc robocalls, and related scams.
Scammers call themselves “Accurate Financial” “Debt Solutions” and “Credit Solutions” among others. Some names relate to legit companies, but the scammers use legit names as cover.*
The scammers expect victims to provide personal information but will not reveal their true business identity, and will ring off/hang up when asked.
