Additional information about this scam: Instructs users to go to “sign up” page which asks you to “verify” your credit card number “You will not be charged. This is only if you want to continue trials in the future” or it redirects you to a RewardsGiant survery page

Would be willing too. I find and come across many phishing scams… quite similar to these and exposed tons of phishing scams. They are hidden, but there are tons of these all around, on sketchy backlink domains.
