The scammers made a fraudulent cold call to my grandmother, whose number is on the do-not-call registry, to try and sign her up for “additional Medicare benefits” from her company, 100 Insure, which is actually a business identity for Rob Graham Enterprises, LLC in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The company also does business as Medicare Express
