Seems this number behaves like round-robin. It seems the pop-ups are sold in batches to more than one scam company. Last week I dialed this number a few times over five days. Two scam companies in India picked up.
A. America Geeks (located in Chandigarh, India)
B. Sam Technology 247 (located in Noida and Dehradun, India)

Seems these scam companies pay about $5.50 to $7.00 per successful popup, so they use them sparingly. Once a victim gets connected, they either call back to save money or give the victim their regular number.
