They are a scam company that will ask you questions about your “timeshare” and then scheduled a appointment for you with their leader Mr Lee, when you call say your with “++++” timeshare company that you have issues with the rising fee’s.
I have been messing with them every day for 5 months. Call center in the Philippines. I have convinced them that I am a call quality inspector who tests them on a daily basis and I report on the performance of the workers. Have had numerous calls where I have disciplined the managers for poor performance and they have even fired one person that I recommended for termination. They cannot go off script or their tiny heads will explode. Everyone named Tony is in what they call the Tony program. They are newbies in training. Once they complete that they get a new fake name and move on to different call centers designated T1, T2, T3, etc. I have even recommended several employees for raises and promotions and they connect me directly to them to give them the good news. Call people do not seem to know what the are doing, they just know they are to stick to the script and get the people to Mr. Lee and the fake presentation. They are not really the scammers upfront, they are just a shady call center telling lies for the dirtbags at the end from TS Eliminations.

@Beebe23#84874 thank you im glad you found some use out of their number, what ive done is called many time scheduling real appointments just to cancel or curse them out, best case is if you are blocked or feel like they keep getting away with scamming, call waste their time as much as possible, and make sure they know your not gonna stop.
@Beebe23#84873 Also! what you’ve done is amazing, devotion at its finest! I recommend aggravating the women in their work place, because often they lose their temper, and you can report the “managers” that she isn’t the right women for the job, and as for the men, they will often act as if they dont care at all and will sound half asleep, so play along with their little scam, but as their thinking you fell for it, pull the inspection idea out and say, I’d like to speak to someone with authority.
