I have reported them to the following executives of Meta:

It is a crime to impersonate a reputable company with the intent to defraud the public. Perhaps, Meta’s legal team will get involved and hold them accountable.
Looks like one of these Nigerian “Facebook Lottery” scammers was unfortunate enough to take their frustrations out against everyone’s favorite phonebot.
