Additional information about this scam: rental scammers. They pretend to be anyone you want, any listing on craigslist for a house rental or apartment rental. They send you an email try to get your personal information including credit card and banking.
They are “located in Calif.”, but of course are geographically ignorant of anything there.

They are either in the Philippines or Indonesia, I’m not sure which one.
It seems like the females mostly hang up, the males are much more aggressive and threatening.
