Daniel called to let me know he has a house for me to rent in Florida for $1300. Except the address he gave me is a house owned by Invitation Homes. He tried to insist that he’s the landlord and I insisted that Invitation Homes owns all their houses. Thickish accent. He finally gave up.
AT&T line, voicemail not set up yet.
Leave a message maybe you can bait them and get some good info to prove to the carrier that it is a legit scam.

They pretend to be the "landlord " and say they own 5he home…but clearly do not. Here was his text:
