He sounds American and makes sense to me. He’s sending me some offers for houses. I think it’s legit.

He emailed me a link to a website where I can view my requested properties. I told him I want waterfront houses in Florida and that’s what he delivered. He seems to be 100% legit to me. I also checked “The K Company Realty” on BBB and there’s just 1 complaint that doesn’t say it’s scam either.
