Regarding myjackcity numbers

http://scammer.info/d/6814-federal-action-against-scammers

I appreciate Thunder providing the platform to make this message visible to Trusted members only. If it is not already obvious, I have posted numbers under the handles PizzaEdd & deaverFIVE for over 3 years. I appreciate those who have investigated and do as scambaiters do to these numbers and recognize the scams for what they are. I am repeatedly posting the reasoning as to why these numbers should be considered scams and not legit businesses as some appear to be.

The reason that I can confirm that the numbers I post are scams and violate FTC regulation is because, I receive calls from all of the scammer companies that I post. These calls have occurred regularly for over 3 years during business days from 9am-9:30pm EST. These companies use spoofed numbers, lead generators, and willfully ignore requests to bugger off.

But myjackcity, "why don't you just change your number?" I might, but the problem is common among most cell phone users in the USA. Also, I have been told that the lead information is linked to my name and supplied by Verizon. Therefore, the scammers are likely to follow me to a new number.

I believe my number was collected or sold by Ticketmaster, Dinner4Two, or Bass ProShops. This is when the calls started.

All of the different scams I post are linked based on the frequency of the calls I receive. On days I get business loan calls, I get no vacation scam calls. On days I get auto warranty calls, I get no health insurance calls. The effort is coordinated by a person/company/algorithm. I can tell the scams are also linked by the alias names and emails I give out to the scammers.

Within the trusted circle I am able to answer and be more specific about the scams and numbers I post. Please feel free to reply and ask questions. I have 3 years of evidence gathered on these bastards. I can share it here and not publicly. Thank you!

@Neep has questions regarding my posts and numbers. Rather than reading this post, encouraging discussion, and building upon years of research, tracking, and understanding he chosen to take the word of scammers “who say they are legit.” I will answer his questions below. To fully address the questions being asked, I encourage any follow up questions from anyone. Most of the answers can be found in my previous posts… so I will be as concise as possible as to not repeat them.

Q: Do you have any proof that it's (opsfunds.com) a scam? Or it's a false positive?
A. Yes, I have been tracking small business lenders for 3 years. They all operate the same way. Opsfunds.com has called me repeatedly. I have told them to get lost nicely and not so nicely. If I ignore the calls, I receive texts. They are in violation of FTC.gov regulations by: spoofing numbers, making cold calls, and when questioned about their business hang up. As far as the scam operates: they are identity thieves who ask for bank statements and predatory lenders. It is not a false positive. The same jerks who make the calls answer them.

Q. So they called you number while you have never been customer?
A. Yes. They all use the same lead generators as other known scams. The calls are preceded by a lead generator who identifies as a generic lender and has a spoofed number and possibly a robocall. If you give a fake name and business to the lead generator it will spread like wild fire. This is how the lender claims to only call warm leads or from a UCC filing. The lender is lying, he bought the contact information from a lead generator or purchased live transfers of cold calls. So there is no prior business relation other than the one they manufacture through illegal phone calls. They pay someone to do the dirty work to appear clean.

Q. So they cold called you?
A. Yes. Or at least their lead generator does. They pay them to.

Q. But how does the "scam" work? I mean apart from cold-calling?
A. Identity theft via bank statements. Predatory lending. Look up merchant cash advance funding and how it works. It is unregulated and laws vary by state.

Q. Do they lend the money for extraordinary high interest rates that they try to disguise in the ToS?
A. They won't call it interest. But yes the fees are astronomical. They want a % of your transactions forever. That's their goal.

Q. Are they sending people to beat you up if you don't pay back the loans?
A. No. But they do have other lenders who can help you refinance. See other posts like thehelpdesk.com.

Q. How did they get your alias name?
A. After months of cold calls from numerous scam calls, I learned the script. Then I gave a bogus name (not found or spelt the way I gave it anywhere online) and bogus business name to a lender/lead generator. The lead generator shares the information among all sorts of scammers. I gave an email as well. I have received numerous emails from lenders with this email... only available to the person I gave it to over the phone. I can post these emails. I do not have one from opsfunds, com, but definitely other lenders.

Q. Then also since I'm not from the US: is cold-calling people illegal? How exactly are they breaking law or are scam?
A. Yes. A case can be made in criminal or civil court. The cost is to high... it would be cheaper to change my number. I have reported some cases to legislators, AGs, and state police.
