Just got a call asking me to “Press 1” to cancel a recurring credit card charge for computer services. The robocall message offered the following phone number to call 208-684-6476.
When I pressed one, I got a live technician asking me to do the classic scam moves ("Press Windows + R", etc.) so I strung him along for a few minutes while I posted this account.
Time to unleash the hounds?
