@HER#78153 That is likely because I had just called them before you called and was on the phone with them for 40 minutes before I decided to give it up and let them know I was wasting their time. I used all the hindi swear words I could think of lol. The girl on the phone was obviously new and had her male supervisor with her (I could hear him talking her through it in the background). They both cursed me out and hung up the phone. Had I gotten them to properly install Teamviewer on my VM, a syskey would have been very easy. She seemed like she had no clue what she was doing
