Hi, just got a refund scam call from (214) 930-8836. Sadly it was a spoofed number. The guy said his name is “Robin” and he was calling because the “service” I paid for is no longer offered. And he wanted to give me a refund. I called him right out on it. When I said that I don’t remember the last time I sent money to an Indian scammer. He started to play dumb, saying what is India. When I told him why would I install software on my computer that he would show me a fake account and he would to change the code to “give” me my “refund”. He hung up at that point.
