Both are refund scams, but no definitive info regarding which company they’re impersonating. Seem rather skittish, they hang up at the first sign that you’re suspicious of them.

Literally only told them my name and got hung up on, wonder how they get anywhere lol.
Maybe it’s the sound of your voice. Looking for people in their 70’s and older, as with most refund scammers.
A thick southern accent seems to work as well, guess they assume you’re dumb.
