Robocall regarding auto-renewal of my anti-virus software unless I call to cancel. Ask for Alex Thompson. Had him try for almost an hour to connect to my PC without success (doh!). When he finally gave up trying to get into my computer, he went for the CC information and assured me that the refund would be transferred within the next 24 hours, and he would give me a call back to confirm!
Note: this guy was actually rather polite, even though I tried everything I could to press his buttons. He did get upset a few times, rather loudly, but never cursed at me or was overly rude. Eventually, I just wore him out and all he wanted was to get me off the phone.
