This started out as the Geek Squad refund scam ( David Williams) He has now left that job and is working for the IRS …He is taking Multitasking to a new Level !!!.

Dumb as hell. They have no idea how taxes work. Said he had my name and address blah blah blah. Good luck with that! Idiots answering the phone in Hindi and then speaking. It is a Textmail number.
