@0_0#145300 Verified as Tech Support Refund of your service fee of 299.99 that you surely remember paying last year. Please, when you post, could you tell us what the scam is in more detail? For example, this could have been an Amazon refund scam but I did not know until I called. Thanks a lot.
@JusticeinTexas#145312 Name of company is “Global PC Support”. According to the gentleman I spoke with, they are going out of the tech support business due to the Covid-19 virus. $299.99 was paid in July of last year for support, but since they are closing shop, the BBB asked them to refund the peoples money. He wanted me to turn on my computer so they could get my customer ID. Didn’t feel like playing, so I told him “Oh, there is this sticker on the side the says ‘Support ID: 19G112’, is that my customer ID you are looking for?”. He said it wasn’t, and that I had to turn on my computer. Told him that I was currently running on a generator due to a power outage and couldn’t, and he hung up without saying a word - rude SOB!
