I got the following email today.
Seems like these guys need plenty of phone calls:

This is to inform you that you have made a payment for your computer maintenance to the TECH SUPPORT
company whose invoice number is #065531. There were several complains against this company's
inconvenience activity that was conducted by the company in the name of providing technical support
to the customer like you and many more. We have made an investigation on this issue as per complaint
launched by several customers and came to know that the company was running a scam and they were
misguiding the people by providing technical support on their computers and charging them several
dollars for the support which they did not require at all.
After proper investigation, we have now chased the company for the fraudulent activity that they were
doing to all customers like you and many more.
Many customers have successfully got the refund from that company on their own, but there are many
more who have not yet got their refund. So we are helping all the customers who have not got the
refund from the company till yet.
So you are among one of the customers who has been scammed and yet has not got the refund of that
amount which you have paid. So we are here to inform you that in order to get the refund of that
amount you need to call us at our customer care no-810 366 9505/408 721 6177
within 31st August 2018 to get back the refund from that company with the help of Federal Trade
Commission as we have canceled the license of that company and refunding the money to all the
customers whoever have made their payments. .The case id number for the above inconvenience activity
is 0175268329, please mention the case id number at the time when you call us back, without the case
id number your call will not attend.
