Refund scammer Indian fake "John Anthony " creates two backdoors and locks my VM
He remotes via TeamViewer and opens backdoors by installing ZOHO and RemoteUtilties. Locks my VM and tomorrow (Saturday) he will ask for ransom money.

i got a text from the refund department of carrier billing it said it was bell and rogers mobility department of refunds and i gave him my creditcard, because I was entitled to a refund from the consumer protections for for data block violations, and i got a text message from carrier billing department of interac, about it from bell canada and rogers mobility. BUt I followed out the information and it didnt go through it said processing error. So I called interac number and that they said it might take 3-5 business days, so i called my bank and they said the same thing 3-5 business days. So I waited and I called the refund department and they said it didnt go through and I would have to provide my credit card number in order to receive the refund under consumer protection act of the government of canada of the wireless code data caps refund. But then They said that even tho it says refund in consumer protection, you not getting it and maybe only a credit as we DO not refund. But I had given up my credit info to refund department and then i got a text about my netflix and td bank blocking up. So I called the bank and that they said that there was a serious scams of the refund department in regards to the data cap violations. I said no no I am entitled to one and I was exception that for sure as its the rules and regulations. First tho they called me as satellite services and they said that there was hackers on the connection from the satellite, and that they would block up the satellite service if they did not get onto the computer and fix the hackers up. Like I said I wasnt falling for that thats for sure I know about it. But after my service got blocked up due to overages, but it wasnt even at the correct amount so Thats why I clicked on it when I saw my refund due to my case file number against the service for wireless code and internet code violations including those under consumer protection act and competition act for the refund and thats why I when I saw the refund department message me I knew im finally getting it, but then I didnt again.
