Fake Microsoft subscription refund. Busy Indian scam call center

Could this be the legendary Shaun Parker again?!

@drwat#133353 I keep getting the same guy… Alex… who can’t understand why pressing the windows key along with the letter “R” does absolutely nothing on a Linux machine - no matter how many times I do it!

@Otis#133356 Got a Jack this last time. Couldn’t figure out what I was talking about when I told him that my firewall blocks port 5938, which is the port TeamViewer uses. Then I called back and got Alex again… “Hey Alex, why did you hang up on me buddy? Help a guy out and cancel that subscription for me!”. Un-phased one bit, even though I’ve messed with him something like 5 times in the last 10 minutes (using the same voice and phone number!), he said “Oh, you want to cancel your subscription… then please be in front of a computer”, blah, blah, blah. These guys are totally brain dead!

BTW: They apparently have their own page now -> http://www.msupport.com
It don't work for me, but should for windows machines

I have four concurrent phone connections for last one hour

theyre not picking up for me

@drwat#133367 I swear, these are the stupidest scammers I’ve ever run across. No matter what I said, the guy kept to the script and swore up and down that he worked for Microsoft. I called him a scammer. I told him that he was not going to connect to my computer. I told him that I knew he did not work for Microsoft and was just trying to rip people off. I asked him why on earth would I have a Windows security subscription when I haven’t run windows since the early 90’s. I called him stupid, a dim bulb, etc… but he kept to the script. He tried over and over again to get remote access, with the same results each time. I told him “I really do admire your spunk, you sure do have a positive attitude, but unfortunately you have s**t for brains” and he just kept on going like I hadn’t said a word. Right down to the end, he played the loyal employee part, and said he was going to have his supervisor Alex call me. Incredible.

now it’s just hold music

@Otis#133369 they wont pick up for me, is someone flooding them?

I talked to Alex and Jack Anderson and told them #420 number in my ID is unlucky.

Fraudsters are called Mr four-twenty in India. Penal code section 420 in Indian law deals with fraudster. Hindi for Mister-Four-Twenty is Char-Sou-Bees.

i talked to frank johnson

(424) 305-5979 i got this number as well he said this is his supervisor

You’re probably “educating” them hard today. I got through after about 5 minutes of music, listened to the script, and when I said I was in front of the computer, I got the usual look at the bottom left of your keyboard. When I said I don’t have the window logo key, just “win” name printed, he got mad and said you can hang up now. He was edgy and short tempered, so something’s getting to him. He called me mother chod and hung up.

@Otis#133360 I’m on windows 10 machine and it was blank for me too, until I turned off the ad blocker. then it displayed a “parked” page with the generic “web site is for sale”.

@jaymee#133377 still on hold 6:50 mins through

hope they work with me

@jaymee#133377 also same song for the hold music

pretty annoying

17 minuets on hold

@Unclevlad#133370 I have on an average 3-4 sessions going on with hold music. Earning BobRTC points and wasting the scammers’ money
