I've found some more information, http://jjcomputerrepairinc.com/ looks like their old website of the legit company, but it doesn't exist anymore. https://www.facebook.com/pages/category/Computer-Repair-Service/JJ-Computer-Repair-Inc-2032261507087913/ looks like their facebook, but it has no recent posts and there is also a +1 (305) number. Currently dialing the (800) number it says they're called "hi tech"(not sure of spelling). Maybe I will get a live person in a couple hours
