Right as soon as he answered, he called me a motherfu**er! Not even a hello, or the typical introduction! It was extremely noisy in the background…couldn’t even hear him talking. Then after that, he never answered again! It just kept ringing and ringing! haha. Update: he just answered!

Seems they are Kolkata scammers or somewhere nearby Kolkata in West Bengal.
Ok - Interesting. They may have inherited that number from other scamming groups. I’m pretty sure this lot are refund scams only.
